Elena turned 3 years old in February and has been home for almost 2 1/2 years. Every day that I wake up I realize how blessed I am to have her in my life. She is as beautiful in the inside as she is on the outside. Aside from being very loving towards mommy and lavishing me with hugs and kisses, Elena is now into role playing with her dolls and stuffed animals. She is a hoot and says the funniest things when her dolls are "having conversations." Elena continues to be perfectly bilingual in English and Spanish. She is blossoming like the beautiful "little flower" that she is. In the past year she has: met her biological brother, Logan Keilin, become fully potty trained and endured a move from Florida to North Carolina . She has done it all with charm and grace! I am very lucky to have Elena as my daughter. Maria
